Recycling Equipment:
As specialists in data center decommissioning, we recover assets to refurbish, reuse, or recycle. We also purchase various equipment (e.g., circuit breakers, generators) to keep them out of landfills.
Services Offered
Generator Decommissioning:
- Generators will be decommissioned and prepared for removal.
- Specific Steps:
- Separate the enclosure and generator skid from the belly tank for shipping.
- Coordinate transportation with the LEL logistics manager.
- Reclaim remaining fuel in belly tanks through an approved contractor.
Fuel Management:
- Fuel recycling companies must comply with all EPA regulations and safety requirements.
- Fuel Tank Management:
- Drain generator fuel tanks in compliance with EPA standards before transportation.
- Exterior stand-alone fuel tanks will remain intact.
- Implement safety PPE and clean-up waste management procedures.
- Maintain waste recovery chain of custody documentation.
- Ensure appropriate disposal of removed coolant.
Rigging and Crane Service:
- Crane and rigging contractors will be supplied by LEL.
- Existing generators and chillers will be safely removed by the rigging contractor
